The show featured all the favourites including a wicked witch and her baddies, the good fairy and her allies, Cinderella and her not-so-ugly sisters, Aladdin, the Seven Dwarfs and a musical accompaniment together saw this through to the final conclusion.

It was a brilliant morning's entertainment.

Festive time in Lixwm

Senior citizen members of Lixwm Luncheon Club attended the annual Christmas dinner at the Crown, organised by Gwyneth Williams and her team of helpers, with our hosts Bill and Ellen Gallagher.

A three course meal was enjoyed by more than 40 members and the afternoon was made complete by a raffle that raised £100 for funds.

Following this, the club's eldest member, Peggy Watkin, gave an appreciative speech.

As a finale, the hosts were presented with flowers as a token of appreciation.
