A CHIRK woman is celebrating after winning £100 worth of high street vouchers from her local library.
Marie Sudlow scooped the prize after filling in a questionnaire at Chirk Library about how people felt about local facilities and what they liked most.

She said: "I am amazed but so pleased to have won, but really the prize should be awarded to the staff at Chirk Library who have been so helpful and patient."

She also praised IT facilities at the facility and said: "I am a fervent letter writer but in this day and age this has become a thing of the past – now I am able to send my correspondence by e-mail, something I would have never thought I would ever be able to do."
