Crash on A55 at Ewloe

TRAFFIC was held up when a 4x4 towing a caravan crashed into the barrier of a bypass.
Police were called at 12.19pm today (Thursday, August 7) to the collision on the westbound carriageway of the A55, at Ewloe in Deeside.

The driver of the Toyota Hilux was reported to have no injuries after the caravan overturned.

One lane was closed for a time this afternoon.

Police say the vehicle was recovered at 1.55pm and the incident is now closed.
