A CAMPAIGN to eradicate anti-social behaviour on a Deeside housing estate has reached full bloom.
Mancot community beat manager, PC Sarah Jones, has been working alongside residents in Mancot Way and Wenlock Crescent, Mancot, to clamp down on anti-social behaviour in the area.
Residents and police officers held a community event last week to celebrate the dramatic drop in problems in the area.
Children on the estate planted flowers and plants in communal areas and every household was given a free hanging basket, donated by the Welsh College of Horticulture, Northop.
PC Jones said: "There have been major problems with anti-social behaviour in the area in the past, but this has now been resolved.
"The community day was a great success and it was great to see everyone in the community working together."
