Flintshire election candidate dies

Stuart Brown, who was running for county council in Hope, died yesterday.
The news means changes to the election process for Hope, and the poll planned for that electoral division on Thursday has been postponed.

When a new polling date has been set the whole election process will begin again for the Hope electoral division.
