An amateur photographer from Flintshire has been left scratching his head after snapping a strange shot of a waterfall.
Robert Hampton, of Connah's Quay, noticed the strange shape of one of Wepre Park's most notorious ghostly legends in one of his photographs.
"I decided to use the waterfall as the feature for a photography exercise and I noticed something mysterious," he said.
"There is a stone in the centre of the cascade, which causes a parting of flow of the waterfall.
"With a long exposure time, this appears as a flowing outline with a pair of eyes peering out from a habit."
The mysterious outline could arguably be that of Nora the nun, the story of whom has been told by generations of visitors to Wepre Park at Connah's Quay, Deeside.
She has allegedly been spotted several times over the years and is said to wander the paths of the park, humming and singing.
Robert said: "These pictures are only meant in fun, but it does look quite strange and the story is that Nora can be heard singing by the waterfall."
Are these pictures proof of ghostly goings-on at Wepre Park?
