A UFO sighting has been reported to the Evening Leader in the village of Bagillt.
Following a series of UFO sightings across North East Wales, the village of Bagillt, in Flintshire, was this time the scene of unexplained occurrences.

A Bagillt resident told the Evening Leader that they saw a strange object "hanging in the sky" between 11pm and 1am on Thursday.

The spotter, who asked not to be named, said: "I thought it was a helicopter at first, it looked like a big black balloon.

"It just hung there, but I knew it wasn't a balloon the way it quickly shot off through the clouds."

The Evening Leader has been inundated with reports from across the region, and we have now set up a UFO tracker and timeline for our website readers to follow the sightings as they happen.

This witness obviously saw something, but what possesses people to look at apparent aerial objects which they regard as strange, for up to two hours?

Whatever this is, I doubt if its alien.

UFO groups get inundated with the most sightings which turn out to be the planet Venus, the secong brightest celestial body. That shiny world is in most night skies and often, 'hangs around' for hours. Well it would, wouldn't it?

The third brightest object in the sky is the International space station which will only get bigger over time. It will pass over someone, somewhere every night.

As for a large black, balloon type shape at night, well I don't know.

The witness should come forward with more details so that people who understand these things can make reasonable judgements and advise the witnesses accordingly.

I always suggest the Conwy UFO Group. look it up on line.
