Margaret Delaney, 24, of Ruthin Road, Wrexham, was also ordered to pay £60 costs by Wrexham magistrates following the incident also involving Kathleen Maloney in Wrexham town centre on September 21.
Maloney, 18, of Cavendish Street, Stoke, had bee
n due to appear before magistrates yesterday but failed to show.
Magistrates were shown footage of the fight, which occurred on Abbott Street, outside the Old Swan pub at about 3.15am on Sunday, September 21. CCTV showed Ms Delaney being straddled by Maloney before being punched repeatedly to the head.
She was then dragged along the ground by her hair. Officers then arrived and, as Maloney was carried into a police car, Delaney retaliated and aimed a kick.
Rhian Jackson, prosecuting Ms Delaney, said: "Kathleen Maloney seems to be getting on top and appears to drag the defendant by her hair along the pavement. The defendant then kicks Maloney whilst she is in the police car."
Amy Walton, defending, said: "I am sure that you (magistrates) and I would have been alarmed by viewing that DVD. The person getting beaten up though is the person behind me.
"The other lady (Maloney) is straddling her and punching her and then drags her by her hair for about six feet until the police arrive.
"She's (Delaney) entered a guilty plea based on the fact she's kicked or attempted to kick the other person.
"Miss Delaney had two black eyes, clumps of hair missing, bruises all over her legs and scabs on the back of her arms following the incident. It is fair to say she has come much the worse off in this incident."
In sentencing her to a conditional discharge, magistrates said Miss Delaney deserved credit for her early guilty plea and co-operation with the police.
A warrant was issued for Ms Maloney's arrest after she failed to turn up for her court appearance.
