A 21-YEAR-OLD Wrexham man who exposed himself to three different women and bared his bottom to a fourth has been placed on the sex offenders' register.
Craig Joseph Richardson, of Culfan, Rhos, near Wrexham, was sentenced to 180 hours' community service for three different offences and will be on the sex offenders' register for five years.

Rhian Jackson, prosecuting, said that on the morning of June 6, Carol Adamson, 50, had been waiting at the bus stop on Park Road, Tanyfron, at about 7.50am when she heard a man call out: "Lady, hey lady, what can you do with this?"

She turned and saw Richardson standing in profile at the window of a first floor flat touching himself.

Miss Adamson called to a friend, Lilian Hughes, 67, who also saw Mr Richardson but did not see his genitals.

Just after 9am on the same day Macey Holland, 67, was at the same bus stop when she heard somebody call to her.

Looking up at the same first floor flat she saw Mr Richardson baring his backside to her. She ran to a nearby shop to report the incident to police.

Later again on the same day a 15-year-old girl was walking to the bus stop when she heard a man shout: "Hey you, come here." Looking towards the voice she saw the defendant touching himself.

Richardson had initially pleaded not guilty to two offences of exposing himself and one of using disorderly behaviour, but was found guilty by magistrates last month and the case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.

Fiona Larkin, defending, said her client worked long hours but had a problem with drink.

He had previously been subject to a community order but that was revoked after the new one was made.

Having read the pre-sentence report, magistrates sentenced Richardson to a 24 month community order and 18 month supervision order.

He will also have to complete a substance misuse programme and carry out 180 hours unpaid work.

He was also fined £150 for breaching an earlier conditional discharge with costs of £350.
