Who do you want to replace Brian Carey as manager of Wrexham?
John Aldridge, Brian Little, Mark Wright and Ian Atkins are the names that have been thrown into the hat, but here at The Evening Leader we want to know what you think.

Do you agree with the names listed or would you like to throw another name into the ring? Have you say and leave a comment below.

Rich Wrexham,

WREXHAM 07/11/2007 11:27:48
I am glad that Neville and the rest of the gang have finally made the decision to bring in an experianced manager. At the beginning of the season, the appointments, the signings, l thought we would be a sure bet for promotion, l am just disappointed that Brian didnt stand down sooner. Next for Manager, l think we should bring in Keith Alexander (who is currently NO.2 at Bury), failing that l would like Brian Little at the helm, this would be a fantastic appointment. Ian Atkins tried to save Torquay last season and they went down, Mark Wright would sort the back 4 out and we would finish mid table but we want promotion. Wrexham have a good fan base and with the right manager in charge and good results, this would be excellent for Wrexham as a town. We should have never have sacked Denis Smith, he is a true legend in my eyes.

After the Denis Smith affair don't ask "Who do you want to manage Wrexham" the question should be " Who would want to manage Wrexham?" I don't think the Dickens's realise the damage they caused letting Ferguson go. No more help from Old Trafford, and Ferguson sen. has a lot of pull with other possible loaning clubs. Brian Little seems to have the best pedigree of those listed as interested, but it seems there's an open door for any half-decent applicant.

Seeing Stan Ternent is related to Wrexham FC chief executive Anthony Fairclough does that give him an advantage for the interviews?
