Wrexham FC sign Swansea midfielder

NEW Wrexham FC manager Dean Saunders has made his first signing - Wales Under 21 international Joe Allen.

The Swansea player has joined the Reds initially on a one-month loan deal.

He has been released from the Wales squad and will be available to face York City in tonight's clash at The Racecourse.

Allen will then return to Cardiff to continue his preparations for Wales Under 21s' clash with England on Friday.
